The Quarren Survivalist Party was a collection of like-minded Quarren who formed an anti-New Republic political party during the Dacan Civil War of 16 ABY.
The Party was primarily fueled and forged in secrecy by Korynn Fleming, a leader in the Imperial Security Bureau, and by Eeth Mentel, a former New Republic diplomat. Mentel and Fleming worked tirelessly to gather and recruit Quarren rioters, disgruntled by their New Republic leaders and fearing the extinction of their race.
The Quarren Survivalist Party eventually swore loyalty to the Galactic Empire, when Fleming promised much-needed aide at the Empire's expense.
