The rank and title of Lance Corporal is among the lowest level of an enlisted soldier in a military organization, most frequently used by army and starfighter corps. They are often referred to as "Junior Enlisted".

Along with Privates and PFCs, Lance Corporals form the physical body of the New Republic Army. They are typically young sentients with less than or approximately three standard years of field experience.
